Purchased a direct TV bundle with tv, phone and internet. Set up the appointment, the tech came out and said the phone and internet had to be set up with a different provider. Called Direct TV, there is no service for phone and internet in my area. Sales person was very misleading. Horrible customer service when you phone in, saying there was no bundle purchased in the first place.
