Couldn't be Worse! - Direct TV

I have never been more upset or disgusted with a company in my life. This company hides fees. They offer you one thing on the phone and then turn around and change the charges completely upon receiving the bill. When they are questioned their response is nothing short of in-compassionate and unintelligent. Basically, the attitude during my many conversations with them after receiving 2 standard instead of 2 HD boxes was as follows: you have those boxes and we will sell you other boxes for full price and an installation fee regardless of the fact that our installer made the mistake in the first place. If this is not to your satisfaction then you can pay $400 to cancel your service. I have never been more appalled in my life. I am paying the cancellation fee just to get away from them.
