Where to start. POOR customer service. No one gives you the same answer. We moved, one person told us it would cost us money another said it wouldnt. Then they upgraded our receiver when we told them not to. Because of the move they changed our contract and extended our service agreement.
They want to charge you for EVERYTHING.
