Directtv ripoff

My direct tv quit working after a storm in my area and i have to pay for them to come out and fix their equipment. They say everything except the receivers are mine and they have no control over the storm. I suppose i am supposed to control the weather and am privileged that they allow me to pay for their product each month. I know now that the idea of service is dead and the only thing that is important is money.
