Of course the girl that showed up to our door offering to save us money by switching was very kind, she was ALSO A LIAR! She said our bill would be $64 for both internet and TV. We have been dealing with being over charged for the 6 months we have had it. JERKS! Everytime we called they said they would fix it. And apologized and they still over charged us. PLus their direct tv is so disorganized compared to comcast. I'd take comcast any day. It annoys me that everything with direct tv is the same color. How am i supposed to surf through all these channels and actually find something if i'm not specifically looking for something. Comcast had children's tv in 1 color, sports in a color, movies in a color. So easy to surf and find some good to watch. I would NEVER EVER recommend direct tv or quest. They just lie about everything. After we removed our credit card so they could no longer charge us they billed us AGAIN... After our card was removed.
