I am on that boat as well, Thinking of going back to cox. You could at least get ahold of someone. I had my service installed first of aug had to have someone come relocate it because they did not ask where to put it. It was an eyesore and prevented ous from using rv parking as the dish stuck out too far. I will say the 2nd guy did an awesome job of relocating and was very friendly. Customer service??? Good luck... NEVER return emails and u sit on hold forever. Got my first bill 6 days after service was installed. And yes, if u make an upgrade or downgrade they automatically renew your contract for another 24months. I have had a vertical line on my bedroom tv since the beginning now i only have one. They r trying to tell me it's my tv. Really???!!!?? Didn't do this with Cox Communications. Glad i left my internet with them, would hate to see how theirs is.
