Like many unsatisfied customers on here, I will fully agree with the stories I have read because they are similar to mine. I waited 20 minutes on hold each time I called. Live chat was non existant, and it took 2 weeks for the guy to come out and install! Not only that, Customer service is RUDE! I told them to begin with, I am in the military and move a lot. I got orders to deploy and at first they said it's fine they will waive the fee, but then I kept getting charged 30 bucks here, 45 bucks there long after I cancelled the service. I had to pay 200 bucks down first off, and never seen a dime of that deposite back, after calling over and over and over. After it was said and done, and I had deployed to another country, they STILL charged me $320 to cancel my service early. Shortly after saying they wouldn't charge me. This was an expensive and horrible nightmare! Still to this day I get calls on my cell phone of them wanting my buisness back, and hell no! Never again, and I don't reccomend it.
