Fraud/false advertisement/inaccurate billing/customer service problems - Awful Customer Service

I signed on with a bundle pack and the next thing you i have been having stomache pains and migranes since. I was promised and quoted a price and more importantly was sent a bill which i physically have which reflects what i am supposed to be paying but then i get a second bill which has a price which is completely different from the first bill and my contract price and now being billed for things which were supposed to be waived with my plan. I have been on the phone with many sales/managers/billing/premier/advanced customer experience/promotions dept among many other depts and have been getting bounced around for the past 5 hours today not including yesterday and promised a sollution but have to be transfered to another dept but everytime i hit that dept they cant take care of it and they have no knowledge of why i am calling. I have a stack of useless referal numbers have been hung up on and actually listen to people in the background root the woman on who was talking to me saying "you go girl" while being rude to me while me being frustrated. Now my dilema is here it is 1102 pm and i have until midnight to fix my plan / package or it will be unfixable due to a deadline. This is only bits and pieces. And know i am on the phone still and she states that in the computer i was transferred to the promotions dept at one point (in her notes) but reveals to me there is no such dept. This is a scam/fraud/pass the buck. Now i just got transfered and as soon as rodney the manager said hello the call was dropped again. Now i have to call back and pray i can get this resolved with in the next 45 mins when ive put in a total of about 11 hours total since yesterday... They shouldnt be able to get away with this
