Crew was clueless... Pros on the phone and that was the end of it. The crew was clueless on how to paint a house. The crew lead hardly was on site and left his people to the job without relaying what was to be done. Usually a case of caulk is used, especially after the house hasn't been painted for 8 or more years. They may have used a couple of tubes. I just got done with $4,000 of landscaping and they thought my plantings were weeds! I pointed it out and he said I 'shouldn't have planted them'!! Ladders all of the planters; paint all over the lawn, plantings, deck, bbq; what's to say about the new windows when I get to cleaning. As far as the paint job... They went over the problems I could point out. I have found so many more mess up since they left, will have to deal with it in the spring. No respect that I might know what I am talking about on a good paint job. Did my research on product and decided on two coats of 4 ml each, instead of 7 ml of the highest quality of a one coating. The paint company probable won't stand behind the warranty because of the way it was applied. What a waste of my money and time. Do not hire these people. The company hasn't even checked if we are happy with the job done and why I refused to comment on their paper. Funny they never post the negative comments on their website.
