Certa Pro in Portland Oregon was the worst - had to take him to Small Claims court to get him to finish the job. Now after 4 years, we have to paint again. Our paint is peeling all over the house. And yes there are still paint footprints on the concrete driveway that remind us of the paint job. I would never use CertaPro painters every again.
