The worst!!! I got talked into switching from cable and it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. DON"T DO IT!

The installer is not a direct TV employee, but a subcontractor that really has no ties to DirectTV. The charged me for a "protection plan" that was not really a protection at all. DirectTV has no record of me paying for that, and is charging me a monthly fee for the same protection plan. The installer took my money and never reported it to DirectTV, and now DirectTV is telling me I have to go to my bank and try to get my money back.

The installer came to the house and put the dish right on top of the garage, (we have a single family home with no neighbors) never told us ahead of time where he was putting it, he just threw it up there, and when I called to ask someone to come and move it, they wanted to charge me for it. AND I have to now call a roofer to fix the holes left in my roof! HE never gave us a choice of where we wanted him to put it!!! I have since found out there are mutliple locations where it could have been put to get the signal.

When you call customer service, the have no clue, always putting you on hold while they "talk to a manager", over and over and over again. So frustrating.

20 bucks per month fee for every month before 24 that you break your contract. At this point, 3 weeks into it, I am leaning towards paying it just to get rid of these idiots. I had AT&T before and never had this many, or this big of problems.
