They charge your credit card after saying they only need it on file. We're locked in for two years and the service doesn't even work correct. Can't watch tv while the microwave is on, numerous shows don't playback after recording, sometimes channels (like abc) are just black w / no sound. Called to have the service fixed. Was told "Not our problem. Call an electrician." Funny, I didn't have to pay an electrician $250/hr to get my Comcast to work.
