We ordered Direct TV, and had it for nearly 2 years only because they said we were bound into a contract. The second month we had this our billing was incorrect and continued to be incorrect for the next 5 months no matter how many times I called to resolve it. I finally got a manager on the phone that heard the issue that I had documented out and she credited back the amount that I was overcharged. Needless to say that took over a year and a half to resolve and several phone calls. I was irritated by their service that I cancelled as soon as I finally got them to return my money. They in turn a month later refused to return my money and reversed the credit that the manager had placed on my account stating that they reviewed it and it was valid. They also increased our package pricing even when they were not supposed to, among other problems. I will never refer them nor will I ever have their service again!
