Why No Deals Offered in Rapid City, SD

Advertising

I sure would like to use Groupon in Rapid City, SD. I see coupons for Sioux Falls, SD. We are the other major city in SD located on the opposite side of the state. Is it because you require a certain population size prior to opening up offers in that city?
