My Groupon Debacle - Coupon

I got a call from groupon over 6 weeks ago as a merchant and was very much looking forward to working with them on a deal for my business.

At first my rep was very helpful and we were able to sign a contract.

After the contract was signed, my rep became very unresponsive and made a lot of excuses. The product is a seasonal product and he said we would be in around the end of August. Then he said the first week of September.

I heard nothing from him so I called and he said there was still no date. He knew this was a seasonal product and did not even attempt to follow up with me just completely ignored me.

When I told him I was unhappy he sent me a youtube video of a completely unrelated business talking about how happy they were with groupon.

Today I called and tried to speak with someone. They had no record of me or my business and admitted they had no idea who I was to speak with. They made it clear that most likely someone would call me back. There was no certainty in the statement.

I am shocked at how this group is able to survive based on y experience. I have experienced a level of incompetence and lack of customer service that is simply incomprehensible.
