Daily Calls After Cancelling and Fee for Unreturned DVR

DirectTV is awful. If you cancel they call you daily asking you to return. They make it very difficult to return your DVR box, and charge you a fee for not returning the box even before they send you the fedex info to send your unit back in. I am writing this review while on hold (for going on 25 mins now) trying to deal with them. Whatever you have, it can't be worse than this.
