DirectTV is awful. If you cancel they call you daily asking you to return. They make it very difficult to return your DVR box, and charge you a fee for not returning the box even before they send you the fedex info to send your unit back in. I am writing this review while on hold (for going on 25 mins now) trying to deal with them. Whatever you have, it cant be worse than this.
