Walmart.com hassle - customer service

I purchased a product online and choose the free ship-to-store service. The shipping was delayed. However, before the item shipped, the price dropped. Walmart refuses to adjust the price. I could understand it if I had received the item and then the price dropped, but not this. I had to order it again and return the first item, which was a major hassle because their customer service lines are so long.
