I am very unhappy with DirecTV. I was told the signal would not go out, but it went out within 15 minutes of the first time I watched it. I was told I would have access to all the OnDemand stuff, but I do not have access, and can't unless I pay more than what I originally agreed to. I told them their sales people shouldn't be lying to customers, and they said they contract that out to other companies. I ordered from a guy in Menards at a DirecTV table with a DirecTV shirt on. How was I suppose to know he doesn't actually work for DirecTV? I've complained and asked to cancel my service... They won't do anything for me. They're very unhelpful. If you have UVerse, pay the little bit extra. It's worth it!
