Walmart consumers service is probably the worst you can expect, they do not back up any of the products they sell, and to top it they are the rudess people in the business, they sure do not take the time to train their employees.
We bought 4 tires from them to find out they all had factory defect (several bulges on each tires) that make it dangerous to drive, when we ask them to replace them they told us there was nothing they could do, and flat out to get lost.
Same result when we contacted the headquarter office
