Bakery - birthday cke

I ordered a cupcake birthday cake in the shape of a u.F.O. On 2/08/10 before 10:00am. To be picked up on 2/13/10 at 12:00P.M. I recieved a call on 2/12/10 at 8:00A.M.informing me that they could not make the cake because they had no container to put it in! They told me that i needed to order a different cake (a smaller one) i called and spoke to the manager and was told they would make it as to clakes and i could PUSH IT TOGETHER!!! If they cant get the stock they need ordered they need to hire someone who can. They had plenty of time to prepare this. This is ridiculous!
