My complaint is that I can't believed that I put down my guard and trusted that "the body shaper" would actually work. I should have known better. I have paid dearly for my ignorance. First on TV it was buy one shaper get one free. I could understand paying ten dollars for the second body shaper for whatever fee ya'll said, but ya'll tried to be slick and split up the second shaper by the bottom and the top and put it into two different boxes so in actuality I paid twenty dollars for something that was suppose to be free or no more than ten extra dollars. After adding on the taxes and shipping fees you have made over profit if the item was return anyway. I think it was kind of smart congraduations. You don't care about the customers or thier feelings, its a horrible scam ya'll did and you should be ashamed of yourselves. You new the items would not fit or be supportive at all. The bottoms fit like 5 dollar cotton panties and the shaper top fits like a walmart t-shirt. I'm hurt and in disbelief that a company would do something like this to me. My bill sky rocketed to $90.00 after I was told I should pay no more than $50.00. I am going to be nice and not even get into the free cruise I was suppose to have won through your company just by calling and to get the FREE cruise I have to pay almost 200 dollars to hold my ticket. Again ya'll should be ashamed of yourself. Try to have a honest day.
