My wife and I called Direct TV on 1/13 - 2:50PM - & Spoke to Ms Angelie (first name) from N. Caroline site. We wish to let you know the wonderful way Angelie had in talking with us. We needed a new hand held Remote Control - she listened to our concern and took care of our problem. We wanted you to know how wonderful an employee Angelie was in representing Direct TV. My wife and I (we believe) are responsible for approx five (5) Direct TV neighbors signing up for your wonderful company. We wanted you to know how nice Angelie treated us; we do hope this note finds its way to your Director - what a wonderful employee Angelie is...
