Cheapo - fraud

I was assured by a cheapoair representative that I would only be penalized $448 dollars when I needed to change my itinerary, however they are now telling me that the total amount of $1914.82 is non refundable. They tell me that my e-mail tells me this but the e-mail does not arrive until they have already taken credit card info. They are purposely misleading the public and taking advantage. I should have been told I did not have an option to change my itinerary rather than taking my money for the changed itinerary and for the new itinerary which was $2091.62
