Service Violation - Booking reference 10040886

On 18th March, I called up cheapoair customer service to change my itinerary dates for for booking reference '10040886'. After review the customer service representative came up with a re-booking cost of $425 and confirmed me back the revised itinerary.

However I recieved calls few hours later advisng the rates are not $425 but is $519 (after few seconds they said its $719). It was annoying as I have been given the confirmation in the earlier call that my revised itinerary is confirmed.

It highly looks to be a tactical way to increasing the rates as there is a demand from customer.

This service is not acceptable, I would like cheapoair to review the handling of service for booking reference '10040886'
