Diect tv - False Advertizing

False Advertizing. I purchased a package that said that I would get all local channels in HD. One of the local pubic channels was poor both in reception and noise. I called DTV and they said it was the local channel problem not theirs. I checked with the local channal and they said it was DTV problem ad they ut it in writing. DTV finally admitted it was their problem and they were working on it. I asked if I could get my money back snce the did not do what was advertzed. They said I could drop at any time but the equipment was mine as soon as it was activated so there is no refund. Even though they did not do what was advertized. I turned it into the AZ attorney general and they told them the same thing. Complaint should be logged with the attorney general of you state so they ca start monitoring this company.
