No respecting promises

Through the web, on September 23, I got the CPR check to obtain my CPR certificate, I handed, and also to obtain the certificate, iy will definitely cost me $ 29.90 U. S (cdn=32.94). The delivery day was suppose to become September, 30 and that I was suppose to obtained it in 5 business days. I never got my CPR card, and also the cost was created on my credit card. I've sent them many times (about 10 times) plus they usually suggested they they've obtained my email which I had been suppose to obtain a response within 24 hours. After many attempts, I chose to stop the purchase since I have didn't obtain something and have them to credit my charge card. No response as normal. I attempted to obtain their telephone number and tackle, however it CAn't be track. I've a powerful sensation this organization is just a scam and therefore are conning truthful folks like I.
