Unauthorized charges on credit card

XM Manufacturers created 3 unauthorized fees on my own charge card. Moreover, they've never delivered me any kind of service or product by mail or email and, when requested, the repeatedly state they'll "e-mail" the merchandise or support in my experience, it's never occurred. Furthermore, they've guaranteed me a complete change within 10 to 15 business days on repeated occasions but haven't fullfilled the change or even the item/support that I had been billed for without permission.

I've logged-over 3 hours of store period with XM manufacturers simply to be approved through 4 various supervisors; each informing me they'll solve the problem... The very first cost of $1.97 occurred on my credit card on november 17th to get a test interval for me personally to "evaluation" the merchandise that i never obtained, then on November 27st a cost within the quantity of $79.97 published on my credit card WITH NO contact telephone number supplied about the cost explanation on my card... Then, on dec 21st, another $79.97 cost was positioned on the exact same credit card, but this time around, having a contact telephone number along with a diverse item that i never obtained by mail or mail. This issue has extended up to now and that I was compelled to stop my charge card as there have been extra costs showing on my card for that same singe request I'd created about the 17th of November. I'm so furious that I'm trying to prosecute the corporation planning forward and that I am in touch with an attorney that's thinking about the issue like a class-action fit when I believe anybody may suppose their scam has netted thousands at this time.
