Regardless who you talk to you get a different lie. There is NO bundle service. My dvr never showed up. I was told I had 29 days to cancel svc. Another lie, I canceled in less than 23 days and then I was told I should have canceled in 24 hours. Right!!! Furthermore they called my deposit a rebate, refused to return it and to add insult to injury just last night they took $473.00 out of my checking acct for a "cancellation fee". Bottom line I paid $225.00 plus $473.00 for 23 days of service. My advise... Don't fall for Direct TV and their lies.
