Misrepresentation and harrassment

Phone obtained by Kathy Hiatt: Telemarketer stated he was "confirming" our info to get a Yellow Pages Record and stated we'd had an account together for four decades (rest) which was merely "reviving" our consideration. I then found out 24 hours later we didn't have a merchant account together and named to stop. He'd not talk about eliminating, called me for their "Sales" Dept. Lady there stated the bill had been already delivered, merely create "stop" onto it and deliver it back. No additional bills or files have already been obtained. Obtained a phone from Sales July 16th stating pay statement or they'd deliver it to selections. David Hiatt stated this really is in challenge and we'd ended. Received phone from Cameron Sept. 8th threatening to deliver to selections. Obtained more calls from Cameron Sept. 9th; he's today harassing and guaranteed he'll continue to contact. I named AT&T on Sept. 9th, who did analysis and discovered this can be a Local Yellow Pages fraud.
