Mercedes Writing (AKA Knowles Writing) named our office aggressively promoting an OSHA guide. Never did we concur that we needed this guide. It had been sent anyway. Attempting to keep in touch with customer support consultant, Ricky Kinder, was a headache. He was rude, he screamed, after which hung-up, whenever we repeatedly mentioned that people didn't purchase this guide and desired to return it. Be cautious with lawyers out of this organization. They'll continue speaking long once you have stated number, requesting to confirm tackle, etc. Complete fraud.
