Never Received Books

During the last 7 weeks I've been attempting to contact Ishtar Writing in regards to a guide and some additional publications that I'd requested this past year named "Historic Magick Conjuration of Energy: Newcomers guide towards the Berhatiah" which was said to be launch this past year in Dec. 2010. Since August of the year, I've been attempting to contact Ishtar Writing of the launch of the book since that time.in the beginning, somebody informed and guaranteed me that it'll be launch and sent to me from the end of July.in the centre of Sept till today I've been attempting to contact Ishtar Writing to determine whats the wait and standing of my purchase that I'd created and since I've sent this company nearly six occasions, created and shipped a notice for this organization, as well as approached their Illustrator who the-art work and styles for them without any chance. I'm exteremley annoyed and furious that I've not gotten an answer out of this organization or observed from their store, or recived the guide that I they'd guarantee since September.By November, 1 I've attempted to contact their quantity, however it was disconnected.
