Destroyed my home - the work on my home

I have had directtv for 3 years. And i have had nothing but troubles with them. They cut my rain gutter in half. To install a dish. So now my gutters do not work. And the water has destroyed, my porch. They mounted the wires in the middle of my house siding, it just looks horrible, 3 rows of wire, in plain visable sight. I called to have it fix, and got some people do even more damage to my house, i have insurance, to cover this work through them, but they did not honor it, so why should i have to pay there insurance?
