Installer Cut Rain Gutter and Left Visible Wiring, Insurance Not Honored

I have had directtv for 3 years. And I have had nothing but troubles with them. They cut my rain gutter in half. To install a dish. So now my gutters do not work. And the water has destroyed, my porch. They mounted the wires in the middle of my house siding, it just looks horrible, 3 rows of wire, in plain visible sight. I called to have it fix, and got some people do even more damage to my house, I have insurance, to cover this work through them, but they did not honor it, so why should I have to pay there insurance?
