Show Location Changed Without Notifying Customers

About a month ago, I got an invitation by mail to the Heartland Show in Philadelphia, at the Redisson Hotel, from 6/23 to 6/27. So, on 6/24, I got there, but there was no show, just some guy sitting there who told me the show was moved to another location. I called the show’s customer service, and the agent told me the same. But before it happened, they should have notified customers, so I spent a lot of time. This is not acceptable; they just scoff at people.
