This location is a mess both physically and in terms of service. The front desk staff often seem annoyed to be there, barely making eye contact or answering questions. I’ve noticed broken tiles at the entrance and other safety issues that no one seems to be addressing. The equipment is outdated, and the tanning booths are practically useless. To top it off, the cleaning crew decides to vacuum or dust right when people are actively using the machines. Not safe, not professional, not worth it. And there is no new strength equipment yet. Members have been told it's coming in 2023 is it 2025?
