My concern is the health of the people who comes there.

I have been a committed member of Planet fitness of Montgomery ill for several years and have even referred three family members to join. I have always appreciated the quality of your facilities and services. However, my recent experience at the Montgomery IL location was profoundly disappointing and has led me to reconsider my membership.

While enrolling my son, who has special physical needs, I had a distressing encounter with James (regional manager) His arrogance and lacks of professionalism were completely unacceptable. The way he spoke down to me with a condescending attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a loyal member. As a result, I ultimately decided against bringing my son to this gym, as I believe every member deserves a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment--especially those with special needs.
