Lists items as being in “Excellent Condition” that are obviously damaged!!

I bid on two Lots on their online auction. One of the Lots I examined prior to bidding and the other Lot I bid on at the last minute after seeing that it was listed as being in “Excellent Condition”. After I won the auction, I enlarged the photograph and I noticed that two of the items had OBVIOUS DAMAGE!! I contacted the company to cancel the sale due to the damage and I was told very coldly: “You OWN” them!! Theriaults wants me to pay shipping and handling charges on something that I know are damaged!! They can care less!! They didn’t even check the items to confirm the damage. VERY BAD Customer Service!!
