They Suck!

Unbelievable! These guys are brutal. Hired them to take care of our PPC Campaign because as a small business owner I don't have the time anymore to keep up with Google's constantly changing algorithms
SO far I continue to get 404 ERRORS which means broken links to the page on my website page that they are sending people to who click on my add. Easily fixed right, but instead of being able to take a moment to look into it they get frustrated and ask you to submit a work ticket. Are you kidding me I'm communicating the problem with you in real time on the phone, this tells me they are not able to fix things in houseand it is getting sent out somewere. I got on the phone with google ppc tech support and my web developer and fixed it 15 minutes. I changed the URL address in the bar which was incorrect Big to do right! SEO Gears called me back and told me they fixed it and all the links are now correct, you have to be kidding me, I fixed it! This is why I hired them? I own a Glass Company for crying out loud! This weekend is a holiday weekend, they decided to change my campaign all together because they couldn't figure out a problem, they have no bidd set up for ppc. My adds are down for 5 days and this means I'm out of business for 5 days. I was promised a phone call back by Anthony who works at SEO GEARS and never got one. That was on Friday afternoon and now I'll be out of business for the next 3 days until they reopen on Tuesday... Do yourself a favor and stay far from this company thgey are definitely a click it, stick it and walk away company! Ill be getting rid of them and cancelling my credit card on Tuesday.
