Surprise $200 Bill Three Months After Being Told Nothing Was Due

I've used two 50$ refer a friend coupons I didn't save or my friends. This is bad business and they have the nerve to down grade direct tv. Also I keep clln about my bill they said it wasnt due 3 months later they sent me a bill for 200$.. This company seems bogus!
