Home affairs Kempton Park - Status on my marriage status

Halo my name Is Ninu and I went to home affairs 2 weeks ago to go and present my final letter of decree of my divorce but still I am married the lady that works with this said to me that after 2 week that it will show on my marriage status that I am divorced but still no it shows I am married
I am fed up with waiting as she also told me that its not home affairs responsibility to make sure the people that gets divorced are divorced

Please help me as I have a case number and my final letter of decree signed by the court
