1957 chevy door panels

Fed-X lost a package in Tennessee being delevered to me containing a set of 1957 chevy door panels that I had purchased that are very hard to come by. Ref. # 137317015003319. Fed-X eventualy, after weeks, claimed the package was lost or stolen and paid the sender for his claim. But since I didn't get my door panels, now I have to start looking all over again, and it took me months to find a good used set, and it could take me months, or even years, to find another decent set of used ones. So how could Fed-X simply lose the package, and no one be responsible? I guess they feel like everything is ok since they paid the seller for his claim... I guess it's just too bad for me huh...
