Totsy Table top owl decor poor quality parts in wrong spots - Metal Owl Table Top

I saw a really cute tabletop owl on Totsy so I ordered it. I received it a month later and that paint is two toned. It looks like it was painted poorly and they tried to repaint but it's splotchy. The other issue I have with this item is that the owls beak which in the picture is below the eyes where it's supposed to be in actually on the owls belly between it's wings. It looks horrible like a 5 year old painted this item and glued it's parts on.
