Walmart very bad service & em - Lousy service & employees

First time I have been to walmart in 6 months, so decided to do some shopping there, needed watch wattery, was told very rudely by employee if i didn't buy watch there they could not change or give me the battery since i didn't know what size i needed. They advertise long range of services. I have had my watch bettery changed at walmart several times over the years. When i asked when they changed it, employee just walked off. As all know they are constantly rearranging products, so b4 i walked all over trying to find pet foods stopped young man & asked where it was located was told "I don't know" & walked away. Have the items I needed they did not have in stock. Went to deli people lined up 6 or 7 ahead & only 2 employees working, so got my deli at Kroger. Long time b4 I go back to walmart, even cashier was unfriendly. Busy talking to friend & hand to over reach for my receipt! Wal mart has gone to the dogs. Stop advertising how friendly & helpful they are because this is a lie.
