I purchase a Xmas gift from your web site. I was sent a cheaper product. I called the customer service number that came in the box with the product. The women that answered the phone refused to help me she stated I had to go to a live chat on their website. I stated that I just wanted her to help me since this wasthe customer service number and That I did nit like live chats. She sated she could not help me and that I would be helped if I went to the live chat. I went to the web Shiite and started the live chat. The live chat person kept asking the same questions over and over. After apps. One and half hours of answering the same questions repeative I asked for her manager. Again she asked me the same questions. I finally stated it is clear she was not helping me and I was not interested in answering the same questions over and over. It was clear her company was wasting my time and playing a game. She finally gave me a phone number to call. This phone number was the original customer service number I called. The women that answered the phone was the same women I originally spoke with and had sent me to the live chat. I was very angry I wanted a complete refund including my shipping and handling cost.instead she stated she would send the product that I purchased and had been advertised on the DinoDirect web site. She stated I could keep the original item at no extra cost. The original item is very cheap and can be bought at the local Dollar store. I did not want my itesam any more. It was a Xmas gift and Xmas would be over by the time the product arrived. She would not refund my money. Today Jan 10' I received the new item. This is also very cheap and does not fit the description of the advertisement. Iwill not talk with the customer service again. DinoDirect customer service gives its customers the run around and tries to waste their time until the give up. I did all my Xmas shopping online. This was the only product and company that misrepresented their product and gave THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They advertise themselves as an online store committed to becoming the best reliable online store in the market place. It has been my experience that the are the worst reliable store online. Evident by their customer service and dollar store products.
