Wal-Mart phone order for Cell Phone doesn't ship - Samsung Galaxy SIII cell phone

On 11-14-12 I ordered a Samsung Galaxy SIII from Wal-Mart by phone order. At start of call I was told this was last one in stock.By end of call, I was told no longer in stock. Next day e-mail told me due to overwhelming demand, it was unknown when cell phone would be in stock, but would keep me updated and expected it "soon". Two weeks later, I've received no updates. When I inquire by phone, they tell me different things. Sometimes they make up a date expected to be in stock, which have come and gone. Other times, they tell me they don't know when to expect it. Web Site says "ships in 1 to 2 weeks". The cell phone sells for more now than when I ordered at special cyber Monday sale price. Wal-Mart stores that were out of stock when I ordered by phone now have it in stock and selling at the higher price. Seems as though people who order on line at higher price get the phone shipped to them before I get my order and inventory in stores is being replenished for sales at higher prices. Me... I get nothing!
