Att Uverse/AT&T
Alot of Time and Trouble - ATT U-verse

ATT UVerse has to be the worst consumer experience of my life.inSTALLATION: 5 technicians, 10 appointments, 20 hours lost dealing with them. CUSTOMER SERVICE: lost my email account from the "other ATT", promised rebates but disappeared (lies???); TELEVISION: loses recording settings, content far below XFINITY, search features seriously lacking (even Playoff baseball does not appear in a Sports Search!!! ;cannot wait to get rid of them.
