After waiting 4 days for my cable to be fixed. (TV unavailable) I had a 3-5pm appointment so I took the afternoon off to be here. At 5pm I called to find out when the technician would arrive. They (Chris) told me the tech would call me. 1hour later I called again. Said they knocked and know one answered. Lie. Even have video of driveway to prove know one was here. 6pm - after arguing with service person. Sup said overtime would be paid and be here shortly. 7:45 called again, first she said my account had been cancelled... (steam) said they would be here before 10pm. 8pm - called to say they needed to reschedule, told them No. The saga continues. This is a very poor service provided and if people find someone else to meet there needs, they will. At 187 a month I am getting nothing in return.

They have been to my home at least 8 times in 6 months to try and fix the macro-blocking that keeps happening while watching tv and it never gets fixed. The picture still freezes up constantly
