Cable Box Broken

First my cable box is not working says provisioning or something like that, i called costumer service and they said that they could not fixed through the phone, they said had to make an appointment with a technician, the next day I waited for the technician the but they never came, I am so disappointed of Brighthouse, pathetic when they call their costumers friends when they actually do nothing.: (
