DirecPath
What a scam!

In addition to delivering sub-par service, DirecPath are completely unresponsive. We've had multiple service calls, but the technician has been unable to resolve the problem. DirecPath agreed to escalate the problem, but all they've done (despite repeated calls) is send us an email saying they'll be in touch. Not only have they not emailed or called, our follow-up emails to the address they gave us are returned as undeliverable. DirecPath is the exclusive provider of television and Internet services for our apartment community, so we have no choice but to try to deal with them.
