Contract lie for free movie channels

We recently had Dirct television mounted and was provided a “package” offer including free video stations for a few months and free NFL Solution. The specialist showed me wherever the NBA activities were, (funnel 700s) and explained to savor the activities on Sunday. Well, Sunday arrived but used to do not need use of NFL Solution. I also don't possess the free video channels as guaranteed. After I reported for them, they lied and stated they'd not guaranteed those activities in my own bundle.

They said we were secured directly into a-2 year agreement and there is nothing they might do about this. Humorous enough, they allow my spouse create an arrangement within the telephone to change the agreement by spending more every month, but wouldn't permit us to include the NFL Solution we were guaranteed the very first time.
