Disgraceful company!

I ordered 2 pairs of design your own trainers on nov 4th and it is now 19th feb and still no trainers! I have emailed loads of times asking for a refund and rang on numerous occasions and the phone has only been answered twice since november! I urge you NEVER to buy off this company as you dont get your goods and you dont get your money back either!
